I tend to just phone when I have a change  Do I have to fill in the pack too when it comes through the post?I hate the fact that I phone, change details and then they send two sets of paperwork to the house, in two different envelopes.... one for me, one for OH. The paper work is exactly the same in both!  |

Tax credits are just designed to send everyone into a state of panic over the paperwork they send  I had three letters saying from 6th April my payments would be... Turns out my payment wasn't any of those three and it was a completely different amount Honestly! Some people are so wasted in that job |
