Deciding whether to medicate bipolar symptoms or frustrated

So this is my 2nd pregnancy. My first pregnancy I had little to no mood swings. I only had to take Latuda to help with my mood halfway through my pregnancy and it wasn't for long.

This time I feel different. I'm very anxious and my mood has been all over the place. I know pregnancy can cause mood swings, but these are also tied into my bipolar type mood swings- I've been depressed and weepy at times. I'm only like 5 weeks and I don't know if I can push through this on my own.

But most meds you at least need to wait until the 2nd trimester to take.

I don't know what to do. I know some moms don't stop their meds or will immediately switch to a pregnancy safe med as soon as they find out they are pregnant. Anti depressants are safer than the meds I need to take- I usually take antipsychotics like Abilify to battle my moods and depression.

I know depression and anxiety can also harm the baby.

I'm just really frustrated and don't know what to do.
