I had pre-e with my first, and am on 75mg asprin this time. I'm 33 weeks tomorrow, no signs of the pre-e yet (had problems from around 30 weeks with first). I was told to take the aspirin until 34 weeks, but that might just be because I had a abruption last time, and aspirin would increase my risk of bleeding out should it happen again.

This is interesting to read, because I had pre-eclampsia last time round, and we are thinking about TTC #2 maybe next year, but I've been given an appointment with the obstetrician before we start TTC to discuss what the risks would be next time round. It would be great if low dose aspirin could make a difference.

My high BP was discovered at 25 weeks last time, and Sophie was born at 27 weeks.
