Impaired Glucose Tolerance

In a nut shell, I failed my 1 hour glucose screen, so went in for a 2 hour fasting glucose tolerance test. Went to my OB today and the tests were a bit messed up...1st blood draw (fasting) was normal. 3rd blood draw was 7.7mmol/L, so within normal range but on the high side, and 2nd blood draw was 'pending' so no actual results on that one. I also had glucose (+3) in my urine test this morning. OB says she would call it impaired glucose tolerance, not necessarily GD. So my question is firstly has anyone had something similar to this happen? And did you end up with GD or did it remain just glucose intolerance? I am 30w 3d and this is my 3rd baby. I had absolutely no blood sugar issues with either of the first two.
