cirvicle displasia during pregnancy

i was schedualed to have a LEEP done on feb 28th for severe displasia then found out i was pregnant. I am now 10 weeks and concerned about whats going on and curious what other ladies are feeling or going through. I experience weird twinges in my cervix, i check from time to time how it feels. in the beginning it was long and tightly closed but now its more than a finger tip wide and the area feels soft. it makes me nervous. ive got my dr appt this week after an ultrasound monday. any advice or anything will be greatly absorbed.

I didn't have it during pregnancy but they will keep monitoring you and decide after baby about treatment. I hope things go ok. I had a LEEP and cone biospy last yr definately not easy process but common. Hugs
