natal hypnotherapy cds


Is it just my baby who decides to wake up and kick lots when ever i listen to the cd?
Doesnt matter what time of day either
Just makes me giggle im there relaxing and breathing and baby is the opposite
Im sure she says in the cd when you relax baby relaxes i tjink someone needs to tell baby lol

It's probably because of the deep breathing giving baby an oxygen kick. Mine's way too small for me to feel movements but I can't wait to see if they'll react the same in a few weeks time.

I was certainly more aware of the movement when I was using the cds. They also triggered BH when I got further along, though at the time I didn't realise that's what they were.

Yes, I always had lots of movement whenever I practiced with the CDs. I always figured it must have just been all the extra oxygen, plus the fact I was just sitting down and being still. I'd like to think it's also just because she enjoyed them too!
