Just as title says I'm looking for vbac support or success stories. What helped you prepare?
So far for my vbac success plan I'm :
Staying fit and exercising regularly
Having regular chiropractic care
Watching what I'm eating (haven't gained any weight yet where with my dd was up 20 lbs already)
Learning all I can to be able to stand firm on my wishes for birth (with dd I gave in to the drs telling me what I needed and being on their timeline)
I have a very awesome ob this time around. Completely supportive in my wishes.
Anyone have any other ideas for success?!
This main thing is I know my body can do this. I know I can do it and I'm genuinely excited about it!!!
