Hi Ladies,

Ok so we had a pretty traumatic event last night qmd I thought I woupd share with you to maybe give you hope if ot happens to you.

I had a very busy day yesterday and, although I was feeling exhausted, I didn't stop and did everything I was suppose to do.. Ladies if there is one advice I can give you is to listen to your body! You are tired? Stop and take a nap! Or at least take it easy: this is what I've learned from my experience.

So, around 9:00pm I go to the bathroom and see blood in my underwear! Oh my God I was freaking out. I yelled for hubby to come and layed ony back for 10 minutes, after speaking with a nurse we decided to go to the emergency room. It was very heavy bright red bleeding. The weirdest thing is that I did'nt have any cramp or pain whatsoever. And it was blood only, no cloth.. Around midnight the blood got a lot darker and was also thicker, and by the time I saw a doctor, it was very dark and almost gone. I was so sad, i didn't know what to think.

The doctor did an ultrasound and we saw the little heart beet for tue first time. Words cant explain how relieved and extremely grateful we were at that moment!

The Doctor said that the baby was perfectly fine and that the bleeding was probabpy a blood vessel that got ruptured because of the growth ofy uterus. He also said that about 50% of pregnant went will experiemce bleeding in early pregnancy and that a lot of them dont miscarry.

Hope this will help someone out there. I know that Dr Google certainly was our friend last night while waiting in the emergency room.

Exact same thing happened me at 8 weeks aswell. Had to go for an emergency scan that night , everything fine
