Hello, my name is Jessica and I am from Virginia. I say I'm new here... sorta, because I've been a stalker/reader for over a year and finally decided it was time to join in. I wasn't ready to share my story or talk about the ups and downs I have faced with ttc, but ignoring the problem (obviously) has not made it magically disappear. Anyhow, I will be 33 in a few days and dh is 30. I have 2 fur babies, 2 nephews and neice that light up my universe. I'm an elementary school teacher and love all of my special needs babies - even with all this love, I still want one (or two) of my own. We started ttc in 2008. I used the depo shot as a means of birth control for about 12 years and quit getting the shots in 08 since I knew it could take a year to fall pregnant after the shot - boy was I fooled. Since then, we have both been tested and everything has come back fine. We are now considered unexplained infertility. I am beginning acupuncture for fertility on April 28th - I'm a bit skeptical but at this point it certainly can't hurt!  |
