5 yr old looks yellow

I noticed yesterday that jack look a bit yellow in his face, my dad said he was very quiet at his house and said he had germs in his tummy, he has not been poorly though and been his usual hyper active self.

I've just come to bed and checked in on him and called his dad up and he agrees he looks yellow!

What could this mean?

I'd take him to a GP to be on the safe side

I too would take him to be seen. My son had this yellow tinge when he was little,turned out to be nothing but they needed to do blood tests to be sure it wasn't his kidneys.

Do the whites of his eyes look yellow too? I'd definitely have him checked out. Hope he's feeling better soon!

All is OK, she said his eyes are white and his belly is soft.

She said his left ear looked a little inflamed so possibly had something viral over the weekend.
