Help!!! Am i in labour

Well this may be a little vague but I'm not sure if my waters have broken I think they have but it's just a trickle not a rush.
Now I have started with back pain and cramps low down in my belly, this is my first baby so I don't know if this is labour or not??? The cramps are coming every 1-2 hours.

And I'm only 37 weeks?.

Any feedback is gladly welcoming

put a pad on and see if its wet in an hour or so. If it is your waters you'll keep leaking fluid until the baby is born.

It might be the start of very early labour but obviously cramps every 2 hours wont be doing much!

Think if your waters have gone the hospital like you to let them know, I think its so you can go and get checked to see whats happening.

And 37 weeks is full term remember xx
