So,,,,in the end....
I was advised to go to A&E by NHS Direct. I went and spoke to them and they made me an appointment for the Monday to speak to someone in woman's health. On the Saturday before I had the loss and it was bad. I ended up rushed to hospital by ambulance.

In the end I was fine I guess.

I received a form through the post last week from the NHS now I am back in Aus asking for information so they could confirm whether I needed to be billed. I returned it yesterday and will hear in due course I suppose.

Yesterday I found out I am pregnant again. Fingers crossed for this little bean to stick and come home with me in September.
