Just waiting

I got back from the doctors, who confirmed no change in HGC in 48 hours, either I already miscarried or I will. I have a little cramping now but hoping it stops as I have to go to work in an hour and it's an 8 hour shift

I don't know what to expect. I feel as if I shouldn't mourn a baby which I only learnt about a week ago... I don't even know how far along I would have been... I'm scared about the pain and what that will be like and about being alone through it all. My partner (and this baby's dad) left me 2 days ago and all I want is a cuddle and for this to be over.

Big hugs. So sorry for your loss.

I had a natural miscarriage at 8 weeks and it was like a heavy period with one big clot. No pain. After a day of heavy bleeding it went to just normal period type bleeding for about 2 weeks.

I was pregnant 6-7 weeks later (that ended up being another miscarriage).

There is nothing wrong with grieving it is a part of being a loving warm caring soul.It is better to grieve then to act like nothing happened, acknowledging loss is the first step of healing. Hope when you're at work that you will not be in pain and that you will have a good 8 hours at work.
