2 week appointment after mc

I have my appointment next week for 2 weeks after the mc - what happens at this appointment?

Do i have to have an internal examination? i've had it with hospital appointments.

Depends. I followed up after my ERPOC with my GP. She just asked me if I had pain, how the bleeding was (colour, intensity, pain, smell etc), had an external poke around in my abdomen and gave me a list of things to watch out for. She also looked at the notes the hospital gave her, but wasn't really anything abnormal found (they may test the tissue to make sure you didn't have a molar pregnancy), checked how I was coping and told me I could ttc again when I felt ready.

At mine, the dr did give me a pelvic exam just to make sure my uterus had fully returned to its pre-pregnancy size. Other than that, it was pretty much the same as bky described.
