Ectopic Pregnancy

Hi

I just wondered if anyone else would find it useful to have a "sticky" about ectopics and peoples experiences - it is a different ball game to a miscarriage (I have had both) and I thought that maybe it would be useful for people to share their experiences and treatments and aftercare/tests etc in one place?

If anyone agrees - how do I request a sticky?

I think that sounds like a good idea. I have not had an ectopic, and I always feel at a loss to offer anything helpful (beyond support, of course) to women going through it.

Can you find a way to contact a moderator? A mod can make a thread sticky for you.

Good idea looloo. I too had an ectopic and lost my tube, it was a drawn out and dangerous situation, It would be great if my experience could help others.
Thank you, keep me posted on the sticky x

I had an ectopic pregnancy and had my left tube removed last week, my HCG levels was very high, they dropped by 200 and went back up into the 1800's, i had also been spotting for just over a month, the hospital decided to put a camera in me and see what was going on. Turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy and i found out i have servere endometriosis , gotta go back for a check up in 6-8weeks time and i will keep everyone updated on what happens.
I feel greatly for any woman that has an ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage, its such a horrible thing to go through.
Lots of love to all the ladies that have unfortunatly experienced anything like this and sending out all the love i have in me to our angles! xxx

I would find it helpful to talk about my 3 ectopics. They happened a long time ago but have found recently in therapy that I still find it painful to talk about, even thought I have two wonderful and amazing children.

I went through my first ectopic pregnancy two weeks ago but they were able to save my right tube. I am going through a confussing situation with mine still. To me my baby was still a baby and I loved and still love it with all my heart.
