you may feel this way for a while longer yet, it takes time to grieve. I'm so sorry, be patient with yourself

I am really sorry to hear about your loss, and I understand exactly how you are feeling. I lost both mine at 5 weeks and I can't seem to get over it. Some days are worse than others, but on a bad day, I feel so down and angry at the world.

I hope you are ok, take your time to heal the best you can and you know we are all here if you need to talk.

xxxx

I know how you feel. Don't feel rushed it takes as long as it takes and even then that loss is always there.
