If it helps, maybe you should hide these people's news posts so you don't have to keep hearing about their pregnancies.

The day after my D&C there was a big old ultrasound picture of my friend's brother's baby directly at the top of my Facebook the first time I logged on. I tried hard to remember they have no idea and it's not their fault. But yeah, it is really frustrating. That would have been us making that announcement in like 2 weeks.

IM SO SORRY

I completly understand. I have had 4 losses and the last one was over a year ago, but its still soooo hard!

You need to allow yourself some time to grieve. hide their status until you think its ok to view them... and talk about it. Talking about it will get alot of anger and hurt out. Wish I could give you a hug

Are you going to try again for another one?

I think the reason I feel worse is that we had already announced it ... very naive I know but I had two previous healthy babies and announced those at around 4/5 weeks (this one 8 weeks when I found out) as I thought that miscarriage wouldn't happen to me.

Roembke88 yeah we are trying for another one. Baby number 3 wasn't planned but we've both decided that we would like another one now and feel that it would complete our family x

The biggest downside of this for me is now I'm scared of EVER announcing. My aunt told me she miscarried at 14 weeks. That sort of made me feel worse! I miscarried at 9 (well, really probably a week before that, we just didn't know, but...) and now I think next time the baby will already have a gender and I'll have gained 15 pounds before I feel confident telling everyone on FB.
