I dont know if this is the right place to actually post but here goes I hope I dont upset anyone
I found out I was pregnant with Identical twins at my 12 week scan then at 13 wks and 2 days I woke up at 2 am feeling wet, I stood up and my waters went and a I passed a baby whole and complete. I was devastated and have been so upset noone could tell me wether the remaining baby would still be alive. I went for a scan to check at 13-2 and there are still twins there, I lost a triplet that they haddn't picked up on the scan.
Tbh I am in shock On one hand I am happy but on the other still so upset, I cant understand why I had no warnings no pain and how can it just come out like that. I have had some lovely support from the multiple ladies, Vanishing twin seems more common than what has happened to me. I just really wanted to know if anyone has experienced this?
Has anyone actually misscaried one and gone on to have twins?
I am still spotting and scared to move atm tbh, cramps stopped the next day.
I haven't had such a thing happen so am afraid I can't offer any advice or perspective from experience. But I just wanted to write to say I am so sorry this has happened to you. That must have been so frightening! Wishing you very well for the duration of your pregnancy. Hope all stays well for the twins.
