Please help - anyone else experience this?

Had a miscarriage between March 20th - 24 th
I was cleared on the 27th that nothing was there and have had 2 blood tests since and told my HCG was down to 2 and Preg test confirmed not pref anymore ..... I was only 6weeks so no MAJOR body changes

However.... I feel really weird? I'm getting pain in my hips, side and back - sometimes really quite sharp and painful...
Shooting pains.... Aches in my lady area, sickness, and tingling in my breasts.

I originally thought maybe it was 'left over hormones' but docs say there wasn't any and had a scan & confirmed nothing in my uterus.

For the past 5 weeks (I would be 8 by now if didn't mc ) ice also had the feeling like period pain low low low in my tummy but it's been worse the past few weeks.....

Anyone had this? Kinda playing on my mind as I never get pms but struggling to
Understand why I'm feeling like this when 2 docs have basically told me my body is flushed of all pregnancy related hormones & changes??? Xxx

Just to add ^^^ I didn't have these symptoms other than PAINFUL breasts and tummy twinges while I was pregnant xx

Everyone is different but within a few days of my natural miscarriage I felt like my body was back it its pre-pregnancy self besides a little extra emotional but that is understandable. My levels still weren't down to 0 for a few weeks but I didn't have any latent effects like you are explaining. It did change my cycle and it took a while to ovulate but that was it.

My hormones were out of wack for awhile after my MC, but I was farther along than you. Just because your HCG has dropped to "nonpregnant levels", doesn't mean your other hormones have settled yet. After your first AF, your hormones should be back on track and you should hopefully feel better.
