I'd say your good to go - make sure you give everything a good wash, esp the bamboo/night boosters and the bamboo pop-ins if they're new they'll need a good 8-10 washes before they're a decent absorbency.

Do I need to wash the nappies with washing powder?

Looks good to me! I'd probably do one or two washes with 1/4 the normal amount of washing powder, then do loads of extra rinses/washes without powder. Or you could soak them all for 12 hours then wash them... maybe use the bath?

Id soak the inserts (dont worry about the outers) overnight and then put them in the wash with a small (less than 1/4 amount even!) of liquid/powder with the outers and then do a rinse or two.
They may need changing slightly more frequently at first but after a week or use they will be properly up to the job.
