thrush?

My baby has thrush on her tongue, which I've been treating for the past two days. *knock on wood*, it seems to be going away slowly (I've been putting yogurt on my nipples when she feeds and swabbing her mouth with a diluted baking soda solution after feeds, as well as swabbing my nipples after feeds with a diluted apple cider vinegar solution).

However, my breasts have started to hurt worse, and I'm wondering if the thrush is not just on my nipples, but inside my breasts, as well. Is this possible? If so, does anyone know any good natural remedies? Or should the vinegar somehow do the trick? I've also been taking probiotics, fyi. Thank you!

I've been told to try grapefruit seed oil extract (I'm pretty sure that was it) by someone who had repeated cases. I had it last week and if it comes back I'm going to see someone about getting some.
