well hello there

Wow a parenting forum with a section for Natural Parenting. I have been using forums for about 7 years now and never come across one like this so far!
I'm new-ish to natural/gentle parenting.
I have 3 boys aged 6, 4 and 2. Although I never felt right leaving the others to cry and did co-sleep with the older 2, I also let people make me feel like it was wrong and I was making a big mistake, and I also let people comvince me they were "naughty" for doing normal children things and that they had to be punished in certain ways.
Its only since having my 3rd son and learning that other people make the choice to co-sleep and dont let their babies cry, and realising that my other children are not monsters who cling to me every second of the day, and the rod I was making for my back never actually appeared (although my middle son is a handful I dont think thats got anything to do with him sleeping in my bed when he was younger) that I felt more confident in my choices for my youngest, and so read more and more into the subject and have changed a lot of my parenting in the last 2 years for all of my childrens sakes.
