Information on CM?


So, when it comes to predicting fertility, I see this being brought up alot. Is there an online article or other resource that can help me to better understand what's up with body?

Hi Jennifer,

There are a few different kinds of cervical fluid ranging from dry to wet. They are commonly called dry, sticky, creamy, watery, and eggwhite cervical mucus or ewcm. Watery and ewcm are the most fertile whereas the others are infertile. When you notice a wet feeling and have lots of thin, stretchy cm you should consider yourself fertile.

This video was great! Thank you for posting it! I didn't really get cm much when I was on the pill and this is my first full month off the pill. I got cm that is very close to the consistency of the egg whites this evening and was looking for info. This video was very helpful.
