Positive Thoughts Thread!

So, I'm on CD4. I thought, why get upset about AF this month, negative thoughts will not get me anywhere. I'm not going to mope!

So anyone wanting to join me on posting positive thoughts for themselves and others please chime in.

Here goes!

This has been the most healthy AF I've had in months. I don't know if it's just my month or the raspberry leaf tea I started drinking. Either way. My AF is bright fresh and healthy (tmi) unlike other months where she's been brown bitchy and clotty. I have a fresh nest for my little chick this month.

We'll BD as often as we can and have SO MUCH FUN doing it.

I love your attitude!

I believe that when you change your point of view to positive way of thinking, things get easier!

I would like to join!!!

AF is due for me in 3 days. I cant wait for her to arrive and leave lol this month I am going to do the best i can to change my diet to a "fertility diet" and try my hardest to do a lot of BD and have fun with it to and try to get my OH involved to enjoy it as well. I will keep occupied so that the 2ww will feel like 1 week and I will NOT test unless AF is MIA for at least 3days =]

good luck ladies

So happy to see the title of this thread!! I just started on the positive intentions, visioning, etc. last cycle. Got a BFN and AF, but it was definitely the healthiest and most comfortable cycle I've ever had, and I have had a much kinder AF so far! I really realized after last cycle that I HAVE to start thinking optimistically about TTC and believing it can and will happen! Thanks for starting this

This is such a good idea

I started taking prenatal vitamins as well, and I am starting a new meal/exercise plan to get back in shape so I can be a healthy mommy, I can't wait to get that BPF.
Also me and my fiance are doing really well, and everyday brings us closer to the day we finally move in together.

These are awesome thoughts ladies.

I'm totally drinking more water. OH and I have started fruit smoothies and greens in the morning. He's on board with being healthier... we just need to apply ourselves.

Now if this weather would stop giving me migraines.... Advil is all that works but by Friday I'll have to switch back to tylenol just in case.

My coworker just gave notice at work. I was hoping she'd find a new job before I would have to tell the boss about being preggers (which clearly was me over thinking things). I told her we were trying and that if we got a BFP I would hold out as long as possible so she wouldn't feel pressured to stay to cover the mat leave. So I'm really happy for her that she got a great offer. And now I can take that burden off my shoulders. I would have felt bad if she got guilted into staying. Here's hoping we find someone fun to fill her place. (and not someone from in the office... I can't stand most of them...but I digress) LOL

We'll get there.

Fruit smooties are awesome, my favorites are banana-strawberry or banana-kiwi-mango, what about you?

Defo trying to have a more positive attitude being negative makes it too easy to become bitter.

Im going to try yoga more because I want to rather than for ttc purposes Im in the 2ww at the mo so hoping some positive energy will make it go quickly.

I want to do yoga more... well again. But I can't seem to find the time. Or will power to stick with it. And the studio I liked moved their classes to a new location so it's harder to get to for me.

I would love to have bananas in smoothies but I can't... they give me migraines. So I'm stuck with 'all the other fruit' smoothie combos. I LOVE mango in anything.

And I agree, being negative makes one bitter... and bitterness is not becoming on anyone let alone a mommy to be! I try my best to keep my temper in check. So it's really only got me a few times this year (and only once at work!). Here's hoping I can keep a handle on it...better.
