lol at all you running around. Tiny Doodle is still stationary apart from her 360 rotations and the backwards shuffle. Forgot to say, I had her weighed yesterday. 14lbs 14oz! SCRAWNEH!!!! HV not worried and I'm certainly not. She eats and she's putting on. She's just such a fidget arse that she burns it all off.

Hann hope A is better soon

BV sunblock is something we buy over here because we think we should then it goes unused until we go to Portugal on holiday

Bless little doodle so cute! I had Niamh weighed this week she is just under 18lb she has lost all her baby fat recently and feels slim, her face is like a little girl rather than a chubby baby her hair is also getting really thick now

Ah yes happy birthday for yesterday Linds! Hope you were spoilt rotten!

The difference in weight is so big sometimes - I pick up my friends little girl who is only ten days younger than Ajay and she is as light as a feather! I guess they are like adults - huge weight ranges.

Han - did annabelle sleep better last night? Hope so!

We are off choosing wall paper again today - another rock and roll day for us! And tomorrow I'm seeig my new boss to discuss flexible working when I return to work. Am keeping everything crossed that I can do four days a week, will update u once I have seen him tomorrow hope everyone has a good day x

Glad you had a lovely birthday Linds.

Hann, how is Annabelle now? Better I hope and hope she had a better night last night.

Caz, glad you had a nice day yesterday and Neel had a good day with Ajay.

Fi, the photos were done by my mums friends daughter, shes currently at uni studying photography wouldnt you know lol! Havent got the pics yet, wont be long

AFM just been into town to get some bits for Alans birthday and also a present for his sister as their birthdays are 2 days! Its not till 28th April but we are away next week and hes off from wednesday pm onwards so didnt leave me a lot of time to get out on my own.
Regarding the work saga... fri evening I had a call from the wanker at work, i was bathing H at the time so didnt answer, he said he wants to do a case conferance asap with me regarding me being off sick. In other words he doesnt believe me and wants me to come in. I was horrified at first and we spoke to two fed reps that evening who says although it saounds like hes just got the arse, its in my interest to go. So obviously im gonna go and it will at least give me the chance to explain how ive been made to feel etc. Its not a disapline procedure (which i thought it was to start with) but its very early in the day to be suggesting it especially when im still on maternity leave and when im signed off with severe stress, not what i need. Im trying to look at it as an oppotunity for me as i do want to go back and put all this behind me and an action plan should be put together as a result as to how and what help I require from the job in order to help me sort myself out Ive also been given a temporary line manager (which was part of the whole problem before )and I know him pretty well so thats a help
Im still really down over the whole thing and really tense about this meeting but not much i else i can do. Employment law isnt applicable here as we arent employees we are servents of the crown, so I dont have rights like that. There are job policies but from the federation they arent worth the paper they are written on so Im fucked really, just got to try and get on with it. Even though im signed off till end of May ffs!

Jeez Mel, surely employment law should apply to everyone? I can't believe theyve asked you to go in, but I agree it's in your interests to cooperate, and as you say you want al this behind you and hopefully you can work towards a solution. My fingers are crossed for you.

Simmy, its a joke isnt it. Thats the way they get around treating us like crap, ie coz we cant take industrial action etc.

That sounds very strange to me Mel but I don't know anything about that sector so it could be right. We sometimes get employees to see occupational health, in fact most of the time we do. Not because we don't believe them but because they give us an idea of the issues involved and how its affected the employee. We would offer a meeting too but not force it. Obviously the employer aim is always going to be to get the employee back to work because it costs them for you to be out. From a positive perspective hopefully it will do as you said, give you an action plan and timescale to sort things out and you will feel happier. You are still signed off until end May so they should work to that. I hope you are okay though

Caz - how did the wall paper shopping go? We have just gone for all paint, easier!!

BV - thanks for the tips on colds etc. You are right you do forget these things, I took your advice and raised the mattress on one side and put some vapour rub on her. She slept from 2.30am - 7.30am which was a massive improvement, and it was in her cot.
I am feeling grim though now too!
Did more house stuff today, its getting complicated with trying to get all the workmen sorted at the right times, tiny bit stressful when feeling sick too! Ah well it will be good in the end.....
