Lozza, HUZZAH! I'm so glad your night went pretty well. He clearly is a windy soul but it sounds like you've managed to find a solution. Hopefully. E was pretty windy last night, it's so frustrating, it's not like you can soothe it away.

I'm sure at some point we will have to find a way for our babie to learn to settle when they struggle. But it will be a far more confident baby who is sure its needs are being met, not a little baby. Meh.

The house is silent. I need to go back up for a nap. After last night I'm so annoyed I have a morning meeting, I could just do with another 10:30am lie in.

Forgot, Silly, you can find me by my username @ username.com

FT, I don't even know what "shred" means! on the plus side I've had to buy new clothes. My pre-F clothes are all too big. Pre-Roh clothes still waaay too small, but hey, at least I've managed to leave the plus size shop bracket as I'm finally a size 18! pre-Roh clothes are size 12/14, which was a perfect size for me, so would love to get back in those!! I'm soo tempted to burn all the size 22+ maternity clothes! I'm bound to regret it if I do though!

I agree about the CC lads, not convinced I can say anything though... Supposedly she has to wait 5 mins when her LO is crying but if there's a 5second pause she has to restart the clock. I hate bloody parenting books. I'm crap with crying babies. Makes me squirt milk in sympathy.
Had a photo shoot this morning. It was hideous. I'm not a fan of posing for pics, DH won't smile on command, n had been awake from 6am and hadn't slept and every third photo would blow all the fuses in the studio. Hilarious!
X

Emera, you can't have been a 22! You no way look it.

Fart timer did g manage to stop screaming?

Waula I love the idea of your shoot. Ha ha. Poor baby next door. I'm heartbroken for her. My friend did that from day one. She is such a stress head now.

Well... my bathroom should have been finished today.... nope! Bath panel is snapped in half! Rah

Lozza!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That sounds like a much more reasonable night. I hope swimming goes well too.

FT- I've done the 30 day shred. It is killer, but it doesn't take long before your body is accustomed to the constant movement. (Granted, I was in a lot better shape at the time so I might not feel the same way if I did it again.)

Emera- Perhaps you don't want to burn them (if you plan to have another LO soon), but definitely box them up and hide them from view.

Missy- So frustrating about your bathroom. I can only imagine how defeated you must feel.

AFM... another less than ideal night. P needed a paci at 10:00. K needed a paci at 10:30. K woke up SCREAMING at midnight. I had to feed him, and although he went right back to sleep, I couldn't get back to sleep until about 1:30. WTF! That held K until 5:30. P woke up at 2:00 needing to eat. That held him until 5:35. They both dozed off again until 6:30. Individually, either one of their nights would have been bearable, but I was out of bed SIX times last night to tend to them in some way or another. The fact that their bedroom is on a different floor as the master bedroom makes this particularly irksome.

Well...the 4 month regression has deffo hit us here...tired, wingy and weepy, crabby, hot and bothered...and that's just me :

A has finally given in to a nap on my lap after another short feed and screaming fit. Poor baby, she was knackered but just not giving in. I am dying for a wee and a cuppa but not moving until she's had a proper nap and not a catnap like the last few days. Got a parcel due so hoping it doesn't come now as so can't handle another crying fit as it breaks my heart.

CC - that also breaks my heart. I have no idea how someone can listen to their longed for baby cry at 6 months let alone 6 weeks Babies are so helpless and need to know that comfort is there when they need it. I know one of my NCT ladies has followed that book by that lady to the letter - scary.

Ok still asleep. Yay. She looks so peaceful when sleeping, it's nice...and quiet!

Hope you're all good?

Need to read back as forgotten it all doh!!!

Lots love xxxxx
