Why have I been feeling dizzy/light-headed for a month now?

It started on the 5th sept, i woke up to do a feed and i felt really dizzy so much so that i couldnt get to sleep. Since then i have been feeling the same, just a tad better. went to the doc and my iron levels were low so im on tablets now.
Ive been taking them for 2 weeks now and this light headed ness hasnt gone away. What could it be? Has anyone else had this? its really getting me down now

oh you poor thing, i do feel for you.

I feel dizzy and lightheaded all the time since Rose was born but mine is lack of sleep!

Saying that i was really poorly for some time a year ago with an inner ear problem.

perhaps you should pop to your docs just to get checked out ?

Thanks hun, maybe it is lack of sleep. You said you had an inner ear problem-did you have any other symptoms? xx

I feel a bit like that, i think its lack of iron, lack of sleep, and the bleeding

lack of iron can leave you feeling dizzy for a few months.
