Spotting 2 days before period

Prior to having Riya, I had a very regular 28 day cycle.

Since giving birth my cycles have been irregular, varying from 25 - 33 days each month.

This month however I've also had spotting which started on Saturday. Had a spot of red blood upon wiping each time I went to the loo. This continued until Sunday evening and then this morning I started my full period.

As I've never expereieced spotting before, can someone confirm this is normal and the pre AF blood was not a symptom of something else.

My cycle has been messed up too. I had two normal periods (28 day cycle) but then had a period 14 days after the last one, then I've been spotting the last few days and feel like I'm going to start my period in the next day or so. I'm hoping it's normal to be a bit messed up!
