Regaining Pelvice Floor - can't stop pee flow yet..

Its been 3 weeks now since I've had Shelby and thought I'd try today to see how my pelvic floor has been getting along. I've been doing exercises everyday but I still can't stop my pee mid flow. I feel like my stitches etc has healed quite well, it doesn't hurt any more and my bleeding has gone to yellow now rather than red or brown and it very light. I thought I might have been able to stop my pee again but I can't. I can just about stop a little bit from coming out but the rest still comes flowing out once I've started peeing.
How long has it taken everyone else to be able to do that?

Do not attempt to stop the flow completely straight away.....As long as you can alter the flow pace, then you're doing well.

I did them from about 6 hours after I gave birth. The sooner the better, it will help you heal faster too! xx

Update on the peeing...I can pretty much stop the flow now
