piles...


Lovely subject i know...

I have been put back on iron tablets that are making things urmm a bit more solid lol! And it has been making me bleed!! i nearly had a heart attack the first time i saw it!!

Any advise on how i can get rid of or help it? x

you can try preperation H or anusol from any chemist and if they dont work you can get uniroid off your doctor, even with the creams it can take a while to shrink them! theyre better when they bleed, not as painful lol x

Try lactulose, really helped me, softens everything up . I tried Anusol but really they didn't do much.

I have anusol. so hopefully it will start to work soon hahaha!

Anusol suppositories are the best - creams don't do a lot IMO. I guess the other thing is a high fibre diet and plenty of water. Weetabix, veggies, fruit, beans - whatever takes your fancy.
