The success rate for pregnancy after reversal of female sterilisation is really low, and though it's better for vasectomies I still wouldn't go ahead with either if there was any inkling that me or my partner would want more kids in the future. My bf's dad has 6 year old twins with his current partner, my bf and his sister are 26 and 22 so a pretty big break! His partner is 10 years younger than him and never wanted kids until she met him.

Im thinking of getting the Copper IUD (ParaGard), but im scared about the insertion proceedure.
