weight loss in the first six weeks?

Im 3 weeks post partum, i put on 3stone while pg, im down 1.5stone so another 1.5 to go, given that the first 1.5 was mainly baby n baby related things im guessing the next 1.5 will be a bitch to lose. However can i expect to still lose at least a bit more in the next few weeks as part of natural post partum weight loss do u think? Im eating sensibly n have started walking now my stitches dont hurt!

I'm back to pre-pregnancy weight and DD is only 2 months. It's pretty normal, especially with fluid retention etc.

I'm already below my pre-pregnancy weight, but I only gained 2 lbs during pregnancy and she was 1lb 15 oz. I haven't had much of an appetite lately though either.

I am trying to be careful what I eat, lots of healthy foods etc. I always put some weight on over christmas anyway, so I am just trying to lose that at the moment.

I am one week pp and have dropped a stone (which was all baby weight, fluid etc etc) so just have one more stone to lose until I am back to pre-pregnancy weight.

I also put on 3 stone in pregnancy, Lost almost 2 stones within the first week, now 3.5weeks postpartum and the last stone is really annoying to try and shift, finding i fluctuate 1lb-2lb daily but hoping once i get out and about more with LO it will fall off, not going to make any special effort to exercise as i don't have the time at the moment lol

I'm actually half a stone less than my prepregnancy weight at 3 and a half months pp! So I guess it can be done. I haven't exercised, i just walk alot and ate a hell of a lot of fibre, good food, drank water etc so I guess that helped shift it? xx

I put on 6lb during pregnancy and its 4 weeks pp and Ive lost 3 stone. I just find it hard to eat everything tastes awful. I was the same after I had my son 11 years ago. Im not complaining though, I needed to loose it lol. But I must try and eat something even if it tastes yukky!

im 5weeks pp.. im not sure how much i put on while pregnant i never really checked.. but i weighted my self last week and i was just over 10stone so im guessing i put on roughly a stone.. in a week i've only lost 7lb but yeah im guessing aslong as you eat healthy and take a few walks during the week you should lose that 1.5 pretty quickly.. x
