yeast infection or uti??tmi

I am 1week 5 days pp and i am having some itching but not all the time just in my vaginal opening nowhere else down there and im bleeding so cant really tell if there is discharge and there is no odor. But when i go wee it burns like a uti but not after im done like a uti usually burns all the time. And i dont have urgency. Called the dr this morning and said i think i have uti but they didnt ask me to come in they said call pharmacy later. So should i call back and say maybe yeast infection or what idk
