Concerned about my tear and my tummy

I have a labia tear. It's the bottom half of the left labia only so it looks like I have 3 labias I'm concerned about when it will fuse together if at all and when the pain will stop. It's not that painful but it's uncomfortable when I have to sit down and my pad brush over it.

Secondly, I have a tummy left over, which is normal I know that. But I wanted to know if those girdle belts help with reducing the stomach to at least a little bit down to normal size??? I ordered one off of amazon last night but I wanted to know if any of you have used it and if there were results.

I didn't use a girdle belt, but with time I have gotten back to my normal size. My hips finally shrunk back and my belly looks the same. However, there's still flabby skin, I don't think you can really get around that without a tummy tuck

Yeah....mine is big and bulgy, I'm only a small framed person as well. I'm gonna go ahead and try the belt and see how that goes.

Hi - I had my baby boy the day after you, and I also have some tearing in my labia. I didn't need stitches, but the pain is pretty awful when I pee-- do you have that as well? I also have pain when my pad touches the tear, but that's not nearly as bad as the horrible stinging when I pee! I'm trying to figure out when it's going to go away - it seems like it's actually getting worse by the day instead of better.

I did have pain the first couple of days after birth, but they weren't as bad as yours seem to be. What helped the pain down there is when after urination, I'd squeeze the bottle of warm water to my lady part and pat dry. Then use cold compress after. You could try this. It's uncomfortable, but it'll go away in time..... :/
