4 months pp and hemorrhoids STILL?

Anyone else still suffering with them? Mine are all internal and Every time I have to go to the bathroom it hurts so bad. They don't fill the bowl with blood anymore but there is still a little when I wipe. I try to eat enough fiber and drink lots of water. I've used tucks and prepH but they come back as soon as I stop using. It feels like needles poking me from the inside out!

Ouch! What else can i do.....Please tell me I'm not alone?

OMG I am still suffering too! I didn't really suffer when I was pg only in the last few weeks were they an issue. After birth all was fine and well, the pain killers I was given from the hossy had a laxative which helped. I also lost a lot of blood during delivery and have been given iron tablets which haven't helped as they make you constipated. I was in agony last night! You are not alone! I have been sat with an ice cube inbetween my cheeks today! Going to get some witch hazel and apparently vics vapour rub is meant to be good too... as well as shoving a glove of garlic up your bum! (Not so keen on this idea!) my LO is 5 weeks old and this is the worst I have ever suffered with my poor derriere!

Thanks, I didn't Have them hardly at all my entire pregnancy. I got them the last few weeks but even then they didn't really hurt, we're more just annoying. Ever since birth they hurt so bad, I cringe every time I go. Oh the things we will go through for a baby

I think you can have surgery on them if needed. I've got one visible one from delivery...hopefully that's it. My sister said she still has some and her boys are 7 and 8 years old. They don't hurt her anymore though.

I have heard about surgery for them, but worry how painful that would be
