Who is on citalopram 10mg?

I'm on it now and have been taking it for a couple of days

Just wondering if it helped anyone with anxiety and a touch of depression?

xx

Hello there .. I am, I've been on this for anxiety before it takes around 7-10 days for them to kick in, u might actually feel more anxious at first ! tbh I'm probably going to up to 20mg as 10 is such a low dose and I'm finding things very difficult at the moment. I hope u feel better soon x

I didn't find it as good as Seroxat, but I think there's less side effects or chance of dependency (off the top of my head).

I'm on 20mg, although have been for a couple of years, and am allowed to breastfeed. It does help take the edge off for sure xx

Sertraline (zoloft) is the drug of choice when breastfeeding. However, due to the lack if studies by drug companies it is up to a dr as to whether they'll prescribe it. I was prescribed this by mine but have opted to struggle on without as I didn't want to risk it with bf'ing.
