In the boat with you! I only gained 6 pounds with Lucas (Lost 10 pounds during the pregnancy, then gained it back plus another 6 at the very end). Not long after I had him, I dropped 45 pounds. But I think a lot of it is the PPD. I didn't want to eat, didn't sleep...and if I did, I never wanted to wake up...and didn't want nothing to do with little one. Now, I've gained about 15 of it back I think...but its cause I'm eating everything in sight lol.
Yup me too! i was about 10 and 1/2 stone pre preg, put on about 6 pounds with fertility treatment, another 8 pounds when pregnant. I had a 8lb 12 oz baby and now weigh 10 stone and everyone are commenting that i've lost too much weight and i should eat more!! I am eating but more snacking or grazing cos i'm a busy new mom!!
On another point tho, the only thing to be mindful of is that losing weight when eating well can be a sign of over-active thyroid, common after pregnancy...so keep an eye on that
