First midwife appointment - anxiety is terrible!

I'm sat waiting for my first midwife appointment and I've never experienced anxiety like this. Since waking this morning I'm convinced something is wrong and nothing I try to say to myself is helping.i feel awful. I'm neve like this, I'm not really a worrier.

I'm writing in here because I've not told many people about this pregnancy and my other half thinks I'm being crazy.
I really hope all is well but I really could do with some tips for controlling my thoughts if any of you can help.
Thank you
Bx

I hope all went well at your appointment. I had 2 mcs before being pregnant with my rainbow and I think before every appointment or scan I got incredibly nervous. I kept thinking they are going to tell me something is wrong with my little rainbow. Its perfectly natural to feel anxious and worry, some of it is the hormones. Just try and relax and enjoy being pregnant. Take each day as it comes and before you know it your little one will be in your arms.
