pre packing incase of early labour-MC

as i was reading 'hospital bag check list' i thought about how i was completly unprepared for my early labour and loss of my son a 18 weeks. looking back id wished id had a small blanket for him maybe a small outfit for him. It felt horrible being so unprepared myself, id arrived in my dennys uniform and didnt have any hair brush or change of underwear.
so im thinking to myself, would it be a bad omen to pack a pre-hospital bag with a few things. incase of emergency.
i have a very positive feeling about this pregnancy as each day passes but sometimes the fear is over whelming, what if's come into play.

i wonder if anyone else might do something like this or have any ideas what to put in the bag or when to prepare it?
