Oh I know how you feel, I was so gassy I felt like a balloon!
For constipation I have a porridge every morning and then a few prunes during the day. For the gas avoid fizzy drinks (naturally,) I also find wheat makes me worse so I´m off bread for the moment. I think the iron in the pre-natals makes it worse. If it gets really bad soak some linseed seeds over night in a little water and then drink a tea spoon full, it helps soften your poo and makes it easier. Hope it gets better soon.
