Back Ache early on in pregnancy!

Hi Ladies...I was just looking for some support and positive stories! I have a pretty bad back ache that started this evening and everything I read says that it is normal (caused by hormones and stretching, etc.) but I am still pretty worried. I don't have any bleeding or anything so I am fine there. Any of you experience this so early on in your pregnancy? I don't remember if I had this with my first pregnancy or not...I really want this rainbow to stay. Any stories or support welcome! Thank you for listening!

Hi Krippy. I am right there with you on this one and will return to see what others have said.
My back started hurting me yesterday morning. Really sore, but in the middle/upper part of my back. It hurt all day. I tried to vacuum and I had to stop. Today I am 5.4
weeks.
My last mc was 2 years ago, but I did keep a record of everything, and it seems that at 6.4 weeks I had a terrible back ache, just like this one. It has got me so worried. Today my back feels better.
I'm sure we are both ok and are just having a bit of stretching going on.

Backaches are very common in early pregnancy, just as you said from things stretching and whatnot. I have it already, terrible because I've had an injury in my lower back. I've read to use heating pads/ice packs and switch on and off every so often can help. I'm just suffering thru it as I'm too scared to take anything
