Please Help I am confused by how many weeks I am

Hi all I am so confused at the minute with my dates.
I had been trying from xmas to get pg. Came off bc

Feb -Had

March -

came five days late

April - No

Tested on 18th April negative pregnancy test but positive opk

19th April - Not ovulating anymore

1st May -

Using clear blue which told me I was 1-2 weeks

So did that mean I was 3-4 weeks even though I had no in April. So does it mean now I am 5 weeks or 7 weeks on Friday

Would really appreciate if anyone can help me

You say your period in march was 5 days late. When did start?

Are you normally regular or not? What is your normally monthly cycle e.g. 28 days, 31 days etc?

My thoughts are if you ovulated/concieved around at april 18 then by the time you got your positive test on 1st May you should have been about 13dpo. On a normal 28 cycle therefore you would have been 4 weeks on 1st May and you should be 7 weeks this coming saturday.

I'm not sure how the clear blue digis work if they base on conception dates or lmp dates.

The reason why they were irregular is because I came off birth control Period was meant to be here 6th March but came on 11th March then in April nothing but I knew I was not pg cause i tested. Monthly cycle is 28days

Well the clearblue comception indicator ties up with the ovulation date of 18 March and therefore 7 weeks on Saturday.

It is possible that your cycle in March was just very long and you would have had a cycle of 48 days which is certainly not unheard of. Going on your known
lmp this would date you at 10 + 1, even though the baby wasn't conceived until the 6th week.

I would go to the doc, explain that you have an LM of 11/3/09 and they will date you accordingly. Its important you don't miss the 11-14 week window for nuchal fold testing if you want it. You should explain though that you may have had a delayed ovulation in the cycle as you had a pos OPK on 18/4 but negative HPT, followed by your pos HPT on 1st May.

On pregnology.com if we enter an ovulation date of 19/4/09 (as the surge is normally 24 hrs before) then this gives the following info

Last menstrual period: Mon, April 6th ,2009
Ovulation date: Sun, April 19th ,2009
Conception date: Mon, April 20th ,2009
Implantation date: Tue, April 28th ,2009
Due date: Sun, January 10th ,2010

Oh my god i'm in exactly the same position!!!! My april period was weird as i spotted for 3 days before it came on properly, may period didn't come, got the CB 1-2 weeks message 1 day after missed period. Was really sick for 2 weeks before bfp and now am feeling better. Also feel like I am showing already, don't have midwife appt until 3rd june, she said that they could date it then, so confused!!!
