TV, computer and handphone

Apologies if this has been asked many times.

Any mummies here who watched TV, used the computer and/or handphone for long hours and have normal successful pregnancy?

I asked because I have friends cautioning me from using the handphone and told me to put it a distance away. Similar situation for TV and computer.

Thank you.

I've been on all three since the beginning because Ive been laid up on the couch from one thing or another. My pregnancy and baby are totally normal so far.

There's is NO evidence that any of these things could harm your baby. Don't let people scare you!

....I have over 9K posts, all done on a laptop or my phone over the past 3 pregnancies

I have not seen any evidence of risk.

I don't sit close enough to any TV for it to be harmful. 95% of the the time, I use my laptop while it's actually on my lap. I try to keep my phone out of my pant or sweater pocket though, just to be safe. I'll keep it in my purse or on a table if I'm not using it. A year before I got pregnant, I found out I have 1 cyst on my right ovary, which is the side I would always carry my phone in. No idea if one caused the other though. I'm sure you're fine.

I try not to keep my cell phone in my hoodie pocket, or in my jacket pocket over my bump. Because even though it may not be harmful, it isn't that much work to not keep it there.

I'm on my phone constantly but I do keep it in my bag rather than in a pocket near my bump. I'm sure normal usage is fine

I work as a software developer. When I'm at home, I sit and inevitably game or binge watch on my laptop. So basically, constantly around computers. I have done nothing to protect my very wriggly little girl from all that incredibly dangerous non-ionizing radiation.

Honestly I think it's harmless.
