Dating scan's EDD during first trimester and fetal anomaly scan's EDD

Would like to know if your dating scan's EDD (done in first trimester) differ from the fetal anomaly scan's EDD (done in the 20-22 week). If so, is the latter earlier or later than the dating scan's EDD? By how many days?

I asked because my i-gene test (similar to Harmony test. i-gene test can be done from 10 week) was done on my 11 week+5 days. I'm 18week + 6 days now. Wondering if the FA scan's EDD, if is much earlier than the dating scan, would cause my i-gene result to be useless.

Getting paranoid and worrying.

Mummies, appreciate much your inputs pls. Thank you.

The only reliable scan to date a pregnancy is the 'dating' scan around 12 weeks. The use fetal length (so size) to estimate gestation because growth is fairly even in first tri. By the 20 week scan growth becomes much more individualised so babies who are the same 'age' by dating can be bigger or smaller based on genetics, how much you eat, other health issues etc. So they shouldn't be using your FA to date your pregnancy unless you never had a dating scan done (then they'll do their best to give you an estimate). So yes, it's the 12 week ish one you'll want to go by. I'm assuming they would have dated you probably then in order to do the test.
