I want to thank everyone for their support. THis has been an extremely difficult month for me. It was several days before i was actually able to speak to my husband again after he left here to go back overseas. WHat he told me on the phone, made me even more upset. He said their bunks over there squeek alot. He kept waking up because he thought it was our son, making his squeek noises. When he looked around, didnt see our boy, and realized where he was...he said he just layed there crying and couldnt go back to sleep. My husband doesnt cry over anything, hes a typical army guy. Ive never seen him this upset about anything ever.

To top everything off, the army says they are going to keep them over there longer than originally expected. My boy looks so much like his daddy...and all i keep thinking about is how much we miss him and how much my husband is missing out on.

First I want to say THANK YOU to both you and your husband.

Second I know right now it is very hard I remember those days, the only thing that got me though it was joining some of the mommy and me things at the hospital on base. I hope you find an outlet and I hope the time goes by fast for both you and your husband.

Is there anyway that you and your husband can skype?

Good Luck and we are always here to listen.

Everything will be okay! My husband lives in mexico, and he probably won't be home to even see his son for the first time until his son is about a year old.. and thats in the best case scenario. You just have to try and remind yourself that its only time spent away, and when he's back it won't matter that he was away, youll be so glad to have him back home and it'll be completely worth it.
