can i be pregnant?? advice please

Hi.. I was just wondering if it is possible to be pregnant while on th pill? Sorry if tmi but i.have also been taking horny goats weed for 2 wks for low libido. Dont know if that is related or not? The thing is my.period was 4 days late was light n only lasted 3 days.. Didnt think much of it at the time.. But havent stopped thinking bout it all day. Oh n i have had fair bit of thick white discharge. And hpt was negative. I guess i just want to know if anyone has experienced this n been pregnant?? I have 2 yr old n 5 month old baby grls.. Anyway thankyou so very much inadvance. Any advice similar stories would be great!! Thankyou

I would maybe make a docs appointment. What pill are you on? Although the point its to stop you ovulating nothing is 100%

The fact that your period is late would appose questions, but with you recently having little ones, it could be that your body has not got into full swing again yet......

When I was on the pill sometimes my period would be late by 4-5 days and then obviously you start the pill back up only a couple days after. I think once I didn't even get a period! But it is important to remember that whilst on the pill your period is not a true period but more of a withdrawal bleed from the pill itself.
Taking herbal/alternative therapies whilst on medication can cause major flaws in the medication process itself. It is like being on antidepressants and taking st johns wort, they end up cancelling each other out and making depression worse.
However if you are late maybe take a test and see or book an appointment with the doctor for blood test etc.
