Feel Hungry, DON'T Want to Eat! Annoying!


I am so sick of my body feeling hungry, but not wanting to eat and not being able to find ANYTHING that sounds good. I don't eat much at all. I just drink lots of water. I hate the love-hate relationship that I have with food when pregnant. This is just like it was when I was pregnant with my son. Ugh!

I'm the same. I find myself eating a lot of apples or crackers or toast because it's all I can stomach. If I do eat a normal meal I get sick afterwards

I've been slightly better with it the last day or two, but then it goes back to being crappy again. When I can eat, I eat... because I never know when the next time that something sounds appetizing will be. But then I can't eat much at once either. So torturous! lol

I am the same. I can't find anything I can eat without feeling sick. The only thing getting me through is drinking peppermint tea straight after I eat which seems to soothe the sickness! I have been eating barely anything though. So much for being recommended to eat extra calories to support the baby, its a bit hard when you want to throw up everything you eat!

Fortunately, at this early stage the baby does not need much... or so I hope. I was the same with my pregnancy with my son. I didn't gain anything the entire time. But that is a good thing and he came out just fine.

I hope not because mine is getting about 2 bites of every meal I attempt to consume and about 10 cups of peppermint tea a day :S
Have only felt this way a week and already so sick of it, hoping it doesn't last all the way through!!

Take heart, it DOES get better! Just eat whatever you can stomach and WHEN you can. And DRINK!!!!! My advice, haha

Ugh I know the feeling exactly. It's the worst.

For me it got better around 14 weeks. I hope it's even sooner for you ladies

I'm the same right now. My body is telling me I'm hungry but then feel sick at the thought of food.
Cereal seems ok, I may have to live off that for the duration!

Lol I can't stomach any milk so cereal is a no go... Mandarins seem to be ok! lol
