I am 4 weeks pregnant with my first and I am going through the same thing. If I don't keep food in my stomach I start to feel sick and as soon as I eat I feel better. I think its pretty normal. I feel pretty lost and am also trying to learn. Every time a new symptom hits I start getting online trying to figure out if its normal or not! lol Congrats!
You're not alone. This is my first, and it's been exactly that way for me. I'll suddenly go from a little hungry to SO sick, and it's very difficult to eat something once you get to that sick point--but it really does help a lot. Then, once I DO eat, I can't eat much at all in one sitting...just to be hungry again an hour later. It's a never ending cycle!! So yes, I think what we're experiencing is quite normal!
I have morning sickness then I get hunger pains b/c I'm so sick I cant eat but I'm so hungry b/c I haven't been eating much. I hate when I finally eat I puke it all up, I have even puked up water so gross.
I've been miserable the last few days and today I'm at my worst (so far). They say morning sickness is worse when you're hungry but I can't keep anything down! Anything I try to eat comes right back up.
I'm only 4 weeks with my first and I've been getting morning sickness the last couple days. I find that if I get hungry and then eat, thats when I feel sick. Yesterday was okay but this morning was really bad.
