Blood when wiping

Not huge amounts just tiny specks of red blood but no pain or clots in fact if I wasn't inspecting the toilet paper so closely I wouldn't notice it. I'm just hormonal and paranoid as I have my scan on scan on Wednesday. All my discharge has been normal with no blood so surely if I was bleeding due to baby there would gr blood mixed in with that. Stupid hormones

some women do bleed during pregnancy so i wouldnt worry or panic, unless theres pain associated with bleeding and by bleeding mean like a AF id go down to ER..but what your describing sounds either like implantation depending how far along you are or just a slight leak as theres now alot more blood flow to "downstairs" now since your preg, hard to say but dont think or worry about it to much you have your scan soon and im sure all will be fine hun.

This is going to sound daft, but here goes anyway... Are you sure that the toilet paper isn't recycled and has tiny bits of colour in it? I've been caught with that and panicked before I realised I was just seeing things! Just a thought... Hope you're ok.

If the amount is so tiny that it is barely noticeable, I would not worry. Maybe this is a dumb question, but are you sure that the source of this blood when you wiped is from your vagina? What I mean is... after my first pregnancy, I developed hemorrhoids which act up during pregnancy. So I have some blood when I wipe after a bowel movement all the time due to that. Just be sure you wipe carefully as to know the source of anything coming out... it's important to know all of this in pregnancy.

I'm not sure I do think it may be from the back as i did develop haemorrhoids during my last pregnancy.i also have a tendency to wipe harder than usual cause of all the discharge so it's possible I've wiped too hard theres been nothing since so I'm just focusing On my scan tomorrow

I had the same and had pain with it, had an early scan and everthing was fine. I just took it as a sign from the baby to chill out! lol

Before you freak out. I had a little bit of bleeding and ran to the ER where i was told i had cervixitis and the blood was coming from the outside of my cervix not the inside. All is fine no more blood.

I also had a tiny bit of blood from the back after a hard BM (but don't think it was hemorrhoids). A small amount of vaginal bleeding is also normal. I would have a tiny bit of spotting after each U/S last time (it probably irritated my cervix).
