Omega 3 capsules?

I had a terrible reaction to the standard pregnacare tablets but have been taking the omega 3 ones from the pregnancy plus box (along with separate folic acid, vit d and calcium tablets). I now just want to buy some omega 3 tablets so does anyone know where I can buy some on their own which are safe in pregnancy? I bought some of boot's own omega 3 tablets the other day but I have since read online they could be made out of fish liver too (it doesn't say on box). It seems impossible to find any which don't come as an add on to all the rest of the vitamins xxx

holland and barrett do a really wide range, bound to have something in there, and they sell bigger packets of everything so it works out much cheaper as well

Thanks for advice Just on holland and barratt website, does anyone know which tablets are not made out of fish liver? Also if there is an unsafe amount of Omega 3? I notice the pregnacare has 600mg fish oil containing 300mg DHA and 60mg of EPA but I can't find any on there with this consistency.....pregnacare box says this is the correct amount for pregnancy....or is that just marketing? xxx

Flax seed oil and hemp oils are both omega too if you wanted to consider them?
May be worth a chat with someone in the health shops?
